MOTOR CONVERTER - light

The Wiper Converters are units containing the brushless motor, gear reducer and the circuits necessary to realize a position servo loop.
The heart of the actuator is a high quality Brushless Servomotor, with rare-earths permanent magnets, able to provide remarkable performances in minimum weight and dimension.
Adaptation of motor characteristics to arm load/velocity requirements is realized by an high efficiency gear train and a self locking Worm-and-Gear sets able to hold the parking position without any brake.
The basic project is common: the ECU gives the signal to both converters to grant uniformity in movement, and both the shafts are motorized. Shapes, materials (Alluminum Alloy, composite materials) and fixing points
are tailored on the aircraft shape, positioning request and customers needs
